Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a B2B Sales Executive is based in Gurugram. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet clients" needs. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best possible service. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong understanding of fintech products such as supply chain financing, vendor financing, and leasing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic sales plans Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus,
