Role :- B2B sale
Salary    35-50K /month
Notice Period    2 months
Location ( WFH/WFO) :- NOida WFO
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site )    Screening virtual rest on site
No. of Interview Rounds    First screening round, 2 tech & 1 HR
Total and Relevant year of experience:- 1-3yrs
Educational Qualification:
Minimum graduate preferably with BTech background and if MBA is completed that it will be value addition.

Job description:
1-3 Years of B2B Experience in selling Software Product or Related IT products and Solutions.
Experience in education domain will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
2. Assesses client needs and makes recommendations for the software and its various features
3. Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
4. Demonstrates software products/solutions to highlight product benefits
5. Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
6. Provides technical advice after sales
7. Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
8. Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance
9. Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
10. Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
11. Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
12. Creates marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
13. Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
