Job Description

We are looking for a PCD sales executive for our client in the Pharma Industry in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of pharma products and the PCD concept, along with excellent communication skills. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads. - Contacting existing customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements. - Promoting PCD and Third Party Products, explaining product features and benefits to customers. - Building rapport with customers, handling objections, and closing sales deals over the phone to meet targets. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Coordinating with other teams such as marketing and sales for smooth operations. - Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
