Job Description

You are a B2B Educational Sales Lead responsible for driving partnerships with educational institutions, ed-tech platforms, and corporate training programs. Your main focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and achieving revenue growth within the education sector. If you are a sales professional who is passionate about education and excels in meeting targets, this role is tailored for you. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, targeting, and engaging educational institutions, training centers, and corporate learning programs for partnership opportunities. - Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, from prospecting to closure, to ensure consistent revenue growth. - Cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as school principals, university heads, and learning & development managers. - Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions that align with their learning objectives and the service offerings. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs in the education sector to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Tracking sales performance, providing insights, and delivering regular reports on sales metrics and forecasts. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education, EdTech, or corporate training sector. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Strong understanding of the education landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and nurture relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
