Location: Ghaziabad Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in B2B Sales Salary: 20 % - 25% hike on last drawn Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working) Working Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM Role Type: Individual Contributor Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to drive revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships in the education sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, especially within the educational ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy Drive 50% of the total annual revenue targets across key programs (NTO, NSO, Conferences). Generate a minimum of 40 lakhs in new business revenue in the first year, with a 10% annual growth thereafter. Close deals with schools and institutional clients by presenting value-driven proposals. Lead Generation & Conversion Visit and pitch offerings to at least 4 new schools each month. Collaborate with marketing teams to analyse and optimize lead quality and conversion rates. Engage with prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships. Market Expansion & Partnerships Identify and penetrate new markets (states, geographies, and school groups). Build and maintain strategic alliances to expand reach and offerings. Reporting & Analytics Provide regular reports on revenue, lead generation, and market feedback. Share actionable insights with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies. Monitor lead analytics to identify trends in consumer behaviour and geography.
