    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

    • Ensure production targets are met as per the schedule.

    • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

    • Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices.

    • Analyze and resolve production issues in coordination with maintenance and quality departments.

    • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

    • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality meets defined standards.

    • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

    • Monitor machine performance and suggest upgrades or preventive maintenance.
