Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Azure DevOps Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes, improve infrastructure as code (IaC), and ensure efficient cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage infrastructure using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Automate deployment processes for cloud-based applications and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments for performance and cost.
• Implement and enforce DevOps best practices for version control, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.
• Set up and manage Azure resources including App Services, AKS, Functions, and Storage Accounts.
• Maintain build and release definitions, YAML pipelines, and deployment groups.
• Integrate tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and others into DevOps workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience working in DevOps roles with a focus on Azure.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Experience in monitoring and logging using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.
• Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, and security best practices in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to GitHub Actions or Jenkins as alternative CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with source control strategies like Gitflow.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
