Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to patients, providing information about our services and doctors, and facilitating consultations. You will play a key role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and support throughout their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities: Patient Outreach: Call patients to inform them about our healthcare services and introduce them to our team of doctors. Consultation Arrangement: Schedule and coordinate consultations between patients and doctors, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Prescription Management: Once the doctor provides a prescription, promptly send it to the patient and encourage them to obtain the prescribed medications. Patient Counseling: Counsel patients by providing detailed information about their treatment options, including the availability of accommodation at our hospital for those who may require admission. Hospital Admission Promotion: Persuade patients to visit our hospital for a face-to-face consultation with the doctor and to consider admission if necessary. Follow-Up Care: Maintain ongoing communication with patients to ensure they are following their prescribed treatment plan and to address any concerns or questions they may have. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively convey information and persuade patients. Experience in healthcare or patient care coordination is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
