Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned AVP Operations with a strong background in technical BPOs. This is a leadership role responsible for managing and mentoring operations managers, ensuring process excellence, client satisfaction, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple BPO projects ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage and mentor Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the CEO to implement organizational strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Ensure client deliverables are achieved with a focus on quality, TAT, and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through effective leadership and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, IT, QA) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and generate regular MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in BPO operations, including team leadership and people management.
  • Strong exposure to  BPO processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large teams across multiple processes or clients.
  • High-level problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
