This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in the energy or transmission. KRA - 1. Strategic Development: Formulate and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives, focusing on innovation and sustainability in the transmission sector. 2. Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of the transmission industry. 3. Cross-Departmental Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and executed, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. 4.
