Project description Luxoft is a leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions to a global client base consisting primarily of large multinational corporations with a focus on Automotive, Financial Services and Digital Enterprise (Telco, Healthcare, Media, Manufacturing etc.) industries. We are looking for an management professional with experience in matrix organizations to execute two roles: 1. Engineering program management with, leading engineering teams in scope of delivery w.r.t. timeline, quality and cost. 2. Domain Chapter Lead for growing cluster of experts in automotive software development with strong focus on people management, technology expertise development and growth of regional team. Development and Maintenance of generic software modules for both classic AUTOSAR and adaptive AUTOSAR. These modules are integrated into 30+ ECUs from different Tier1 & TIer2s with different stacks to run a OEM specific diagnostics and enhanced functionalities on top of AUTOSAR We are providing expert AUTOSAR solutions to our client in the following areas: Ethernet Diagnostics, Remote Software Update, Snapshot Recorder, Crowd Data Collector, Diagnostics Response handler, Onboard Diagnostics Manager, Emission Diagnostics Control Handler and more. Responsibilities Program Management Set up and develop engineering team (both local and distributed) Oversee delivery for several projects, support ramp-up and growth of automotive business Provide day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, and problem resolution. Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and at a customer side to ensure transparent and efficient collaboration Collaborate closely with technical experts, delivery organizations, to establish strong centers of expertise around key automotive offerings of Luxoft, such as in-vehicle platforms, HMI, telematics, etc. Domain Chapter Lead Drive the execution of the initiatives supporting the strategy of domain expertise development Build, develop and oversee multiple clusters of technology professionals in India and around the world Oversee leadership and execution of the domain chapter in control and report to the global organization People management and career development advisory for growing professionals in automotive area Drive the execution of the Advanced Hiring strategy Drive the execution of the training programs Set up and develop the local engineering team from scratch Provide day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, and problem resolution.
