Key Responsibilities:
?? Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing Nexa customers.
?? Sales Achievement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, conduct test drives, and achieve sales targets for Maruti Suzuki Nexa vehicles.
?? Lead Management: Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
?? Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and premium car-buying experience, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
?? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Maruti Suzuki Nexa models, features, and competitive offerings.
??Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
Qualifications:
?Any Graduation (12th Pass and above may be considered based on experience)
?Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the automotive industry.
?Excellent communication (English and Kannada is a must) and interpersonal skills.
?Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
?A strong passion for sales and achieving targets.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
?Must possess a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
