As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role within the Software Quality Engineering Organization, focusing on automation and test support for our client's software releases. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct automated testing of the client's product using a Python-based automation framework. - Develop new test scripts for end-to-end product testing using the automation framework. - Analyze test results from executed tests using test framework logs, product logs, and monitoring tools. - Extend and support the automation framework. - Create new automation tools. - Identify weaknesses in existing automated processes, eliminate them, and ensure the efficiency of automated flows. - Collaborate with other departments such as Development, DevOps, and TechOps to align goals and priorities. - Participate in Agile software development initiatives to enhance the automation framework and tools. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years in automation roles with expertise in software development and testing. - Proficiency in Python 3.x and/or Java. - Strong knowledge of OOP, algorithms, and multithreading. - Familiarity with Linux-based OS. - Deep understanding of VoIP, SIP, WebRTC architecture, and microservices. - Hands-on experience with Asterisk or FreeSwitch PBX. - Proficiency in network troubleshooting (OSI model, real-time protocols, network management). - Familiarity with MySQL, Git, JIRA, and version control systems. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skills. **Nice to have:** - Experience with REST API automation and SDK integration (Java, Python, C++). - Familiarity with AWS/GCP automation and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of test automation for cloud computing (private/public). - Docker and containerization expertise. - Web UI automation using Selenium. **We offer:** - Culture of Relentless Performance with a 99% project success rate and significant revenue growth. - Work From Anywhere Culture allowing for remote work flexibility. - Growth Mindset with various professional development opportunities. - Global Impact through collaboration on impactful projects for top global clients. - Welcoming Multicultural Environment fostering inclusivity and team-building. - Social Sustainability Values focusing on IT education, community empowerment, fair practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.,
