You should have at least 5 years of experience in RPA development, implementations, or related roles, as well as 5+ years in project management, process optimizations, and team leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Desirable skills would include knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Intelligent Document Processing, and process mining tools. Familiarity with automation use cases in specific domains such as healthcare and finance, as well as awareness of regulatory compliance standards for RPA (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), would be advantageous.
