The role at Birlasoft requires you to provide technical support for Autodesk applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly. You will oversee the installation and configuration of Autodesk tools across various platforms and environments. Managing software licensing, including allocation, renewal, and compliance, is crucial to ensure legal and efficient use of Autodesk products. Implementing and managing software updates, patches, and enhancements will be part of your responsibilities to maintain the performance and security of Autodesk applications. Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to educate users on the effective use of Autodesk tools and related processes is essential. Monitoring application performance, undertaking preventive measures, and collaborating with IT, engineering, and other departments for seamless integration and operation of Autodesk software within the organization are key aspects of this role. Generating and maintaining reports on application usage, performance, and support activities to provide insights and recommend improvements is also part of the job. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in providing application support, specifically for Autodesk tools, is highly desirable.,
