Job Description
You are a seasoned Audit professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Audit within CA firms. As an Audit Team Leader based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise audit processes, review financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance and training to the audit team. Your role will also involve client interactions, devising audit strategies, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Collaboration with different departments will be crucial to ensure a seamless audit workflow. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills to decipher intricate data, excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and team coordination, a solid understanding of finance and financial statements, proficiency in auditing practices and techniques, meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to efficiently lead and mentor a team. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a CA qualification being highly preferred. Prior experience in auditing within a CA firm would be advantageous.,
