Job Description

Key Responsibilities PingFederate Integration Development & Deployment: Design, develop, deploy, and configure robust PingFederate integrations for various applications and services. MFA Migration Support: Provide hands-on support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) migration initiatives, including the integration and management of hard/soft tokens and FIDO (e.g., Passkey, FIDO2) technologies. Seamless SSO Implementation: Implement and optimize seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) features, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience across integrated systems. Containerized SSO Management: Manage the containerized deployment of SSO infrastructure, demonstrating a good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. Federation Setup: Configure and maintain federation setups with Azure AD and Hybrid AD Join environments. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to PingFederate, SSO, MFA, and federation protocols. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration: Work closely with application teams, security teams, and other IT stakeholders to ensure successful integration and operation of identity solutions. Skills Required Ping Identity Products: Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate and/or PingAccess. Authentication Protocols: Expertise in OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML. MFA Tools: Experience with modern MFA tools and standards such as Passkey and FIDO2. Containerization: Knowledge and practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Directory Services Integration: Experience with federation setup involving Azure AD and Hybrid AD Join environments. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
