Job Description

You will lead the efforts for validating the Balance sheet and ensure alignment with all stakeholders involved in generating a Balance statement. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the End-to-End Balance statement process and continuously improving the process. You will be expected to manage Escalation Management by invoking Escalation when necessary and ensuring the Balance statement is delivered within SLA. Additionally, measuring and improving overall customer experience levels will be a key part of your role. Your tasks will also involve onboarding and training new support team members, analyzing support workflows to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. You will be required to maintain effective communication with the Leadership team and your own team, along with regular review of OLA with all internal stakeholders. Collaboration with the ATLAS IT team for prioritizing user stories related to the Balance statement will be essential. Furthermore, providing requirements to App owners for manual processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 6 years of experience working in an Operations support model. Strong Leadership skills and Stakeholder management are crucial. Experience in delivering frontline customer management and managing Finance & Accounting aspects of Customers accounts is required. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ITIL Processes, including Incident, Service Request, and Change request. Project management experience in transition or service introduction is a plus. Other essential skills include demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools and processes, effective communication with senior executives/management, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail in financial data analysis and reporting, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment will be beneficial for this role.
