Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Real Estate Land Sales Location: Noida Sector 4 Salary: 45,000 to 95,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Required Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead our real estate land sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in land sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies that align with our companys growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve land sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for the company while maintaining positive client relations. Oversee the closing of high-value deals. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team productivity. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate land sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in land sales. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
