Job Summary:


Designation: Asst Mgr/ Mgr- Talent Acquisition

Experience-5- 9  years of relevant experience in Taalent acquisition in Luxusry goods/ Allied industries/ Luxury cars/ Real estate segment

Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Reporting To:Head of Department

Working Days:Monday to Saturday

Locations: Gurgaon


Company Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain employee records and ensure accurate upkeep of HR data and trackers.

2. Coordination with Support Teams:

Collaborate with the IT team for seamless allocation and retrieval of employee assets.

Partner with the admin team for seating arrangements, stationery inventory, and other logistical requirements.

Coordinate with the design team for office layout updates.

3. Data Management and Upkeep:

Ensure regular updates of organizational charts (org charts) and employee performance trackers.

Monitor adherence to company formats and maintain consistency across all HR documentation.

4. Employee Engagement:

Support the HR team in brainstorming, planning, and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

Assist in gathering feedback and implementing improvements for employee morale and satisfaction.

5. Performance Monitoring:

Keep track of employee performance reports and ensure regular checks to facilitate a smooth appraisal process.

Proactively identify performance-related concerns and escalate them to the leadership team when required.

6. Compliance and Policy Management:

Assist in communicating and ensuring adherence to company HR policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain statutory documentation for audits.

7. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Handle recruitment for assigned levels in coordination with the Head of Department.

Act as a key coordinating point with external consultants, ensuring timely updates and feedback on profiles shared.

Keep a tab on consultant performance and the progress of profiles shared, providing regular updates and progress reports.

8. Miscellaneous HR Operations:

Prepare reports and trackers on key HR metrics for decision-making.

Support the department with audits, special HR projects, and day-to-day operational tasks.
