Roles & Responsibilities: Head - customer relations - National role Responsibilities - Handling dealer queries and complaints on DMS issues faced and resolve within SLA timelines Work closely with DMS supplier in running the DMS without any trouble at BYD india and BYD dealership Actively involve in traning with supplier and ensure all persons using DMS are sufficiently tranined Actively liason with dealers to add new role holder and remove left roles holders to keep DMS upto date Train internal BYD India team new and old ensure they are able to pick up reporting for the areas The role will be for sales and aftersales, parts, factory account team so constantly engae with them for any modification /support needed and take it up supplier and implement in given timelines Should also BYD India IT team in case of their requirement needs additional resourse in critical times Salary: Best in Industry Experience: 5-10 Years Industry Preferred: Costing Knowledge and Commerce Background Preferred Qualification: Graduate and above Competencies: Mail us your CV at careers.india@byd.com and be sure to mention your preferred role and job location.
