As an HR Assistant Manager/Manager at Nexivo Consulting Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, and managing relationships with recruitment agencies. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for employee concerns, design engagement initiatives, and conduct performance appraisals and development plans. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and updating HR policies regularly. Furthermore, you will identify training needs, develop career growth paths for employees, and handle grievance resolution in a fair and timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, 3-6 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of HR software, preferably Zoho People. Understanding of Indian labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally are essential. You should also demonstrate problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
