Fretlog, a subsidiary of Arkas Logistics, is looking to fill a Asst. Manager-Sales vacancy in Bangalore. This position is to drive the growth and success of the company by developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role ensures the achievement of company revenue targets by managing the sales process and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities are both managerial and operational. Including to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives and to build & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Support the Sales Manager in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for senior management Aid in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding market Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently Qualifications: University degree or suitable equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the same field MS Office programs Excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding people skills.,
