Ltd. seeks an R&D Engineer with 5-8 years in FCAW consumables. Responsibilities include testing, documentation, RCA/CAPA, developing new products, hard-facing wires, competitor analysis, and process standardization. Requires expertise in welding processes and metallurgy, excellent analytical skills, and experience in research methodologies. Supervisory role guiding R&D technicians. Travel to customer sites as needed.
