Asst. Manager Marketing Operations (Site Customer Experience) Role: Assist in daily execution of marketing operations at sites and support in branding, coordination, and customer journey enhancements. Responsibilities: Implement branding elements on-site as per creative direction and guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for printing, logistics, and installation. Maintain and update site materials like standees, brochures, directional signage. Conduct mini-audits and report gaps for corrective actions. Support customer-facing staff with talking points and visual aids. KRAs: Timely execution of branding deliverables. Branding material maintenance and replenishment. Support in customer engagement readiness. KPIs: TAT for implementation of branding changes. % adherence to brand checklist per site. Stakeholder feedback score from Sales and CRM.
