Role and Responsibilities: 1 ) Undertaking project task as required 2) Monitoring daily progress of the project- Discuss with the site manager, site planner, Site Qs on a daily basis. Address issue on priority basis. 3) Scheduling meetings with office team, client team, sub vendor and all necessary project stakeholders. 4) Organising Project Schedule. Managing Project timeline. 5) Maintaining project related documents 6) Communication with all stakeholders. Conduct frequent meetings with all necessary stakeholders of the project and ensure all the scope and timelines are clearly defined. 7) Coordinating team activities. Conduct frequent meetings with site and HO team. Ensure the smooth transition of site plan to HO team so that everyone is on the same page. 8) Developing and streamlining project strategies on ground with a detailed discussion with site managers. 9) Monitoring project budget 10) Ensuring all deadlines are met Required Profile: Minimum above 10 yrs Experience in Industrial Constriction field Must.
