Job Description

You are seeking an Assistant Manager - HR with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be a female with excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Willingness to travel for store visits is mandatory. Your primary responsibilities will include compiling salary inputs for salary processing, coordinating with the WPS team and SIB team, ensuring statutory compliance by compiling employee details for monthly PF, LWF & ESI returns, and providing PF/UAN numbers to new and existing employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing unit-wise contributions of PF & ESI and submitting them to Accounts. Internally, you will be involved in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, handling joining formalities, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. You will also address employee grievances, manage staff uniforms and their documentation, support HR initiatives, and participate in employee welfare activities. Coordinating performance appraisals, preparing monthly reports, managing expense reimbursements, issuing various letters and certificates, handling bonus and gratuity preparations, verifying mess expenses, and managing day-to-day operations are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in HRMS implementation, managing the company hostel, preparing KRA goals of employees, completing KRA evaluations quarterly, and coordinating yearly bonus disbursements. The job type is full-time with benefits including commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift with weekends only, and a Master's degree is preferred as education qualification. The work location is in person.,
