Job Description
Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 610 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing core HR functions, driving organizational development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Proficiency in KEKA HR will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for talent retention and succession planning. HR Operations Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks. Employee Engagement & Relations Design and implement engagement programs to promote a positive work culture. Address employee grievances and ensure a harmonious work environment. Performance Management Drive performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on KPIs and goal-setting. Support managers in employee development and training initiatives. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. Develop and update HR policies aligned with organizational objectives. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee competencies. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Proficiency in KEKA HR and other HRIS platforms. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Effective communication and leadership skills. Pedigree Experience in real estate HR management is highly preferred. Masters degree in human resource or related field from an accredited university.
