The client specialises in in B2B Events , Experiental marketing, Event activations, Retail design .We are based out of India with a national presence across 80+ cities. We are looking out for Asst Mgr- Event operations for our client office for Gurugaon


1)Position: Asst Mgr--Event Operations.

2) Location- Gurugaon

3) Experience - over 3 years in event operations

4) Joining - maximum 15 days oe before

THE JD IS A FOLLOWS

 

Role & Responsibilities:

1)Event Planning & Coordination:

-Overseeend-to-end event operations, including logistics, setup, and execution.

-Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.

2) Vendor Management:

Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.


Ensure Timely delivery of services and materials.

3) Budget Management:

-Planning manage event budgets effectively.


-Track expenses and provide regular budget updates.

 

4) Logistics & Execution:


-Manage event venue selection, setup, and teardown logistics.


-Ensure all event elements are delivered according to plan, including audiovisuals, seating, and branding.

5) Compliance & Risk Management:

-Ensure events comply with safety regulations and company policies.

-Identify and mitigate potential risks.

6) Team Management:

 

-Manager event coordinators, technicians, and support staff.

-Assign task sand oversee on-ground operations.


7) Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of event plans, budgets, and outcomes.

Prepare post-event reports and feedback analyses. Client Communication:

Act as the operational point of contact for clients during events.

Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred Candidate

Profile:

Experience:- 3- 8 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing

. Prior experience in handling corporate events, exhibitions, or BTL activations.

Skills: Traits:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

. Attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Team leadership and collaboration skills.
