The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for daily HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, and supporting overall HR management. The role requires coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with employment laws, conducting staff training, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
