Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Cider Maker at Toit located in Solan. The Assistant Cider Maker will be responsible for assisting in the production of craft cider, monitoring fermentation processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in cider making or brewing Ability to monitor fermentation processes and maintain equipment Attention to detail and quality control skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Experience in the beverage industry is a plus Degree in Food Science, Brewing, or related field is beneficial,
