Job Description
As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in interacting with existing and prospective clients and associates to enhance business across service offerings for investment advisory, including buy-side/sell-side and fund sourcing mandates across various sectors in and outside India. Additionally, you will be executing mandates for transaction advisory and support services, such as valuations, preparing financial models, teasers, and information memorandums. Your role will also involve participating in deal evaluation across various parameters, including products, industry mapping, markets, and financial metrics. You will assist the management team in updating the firm's knowledge pool and resources across the service offerings of this division. Furthermore, you will interact and coordinate with other divisions of the firm and associates, including legal, tax, and regulatory advisors, to attain relevant support for structuring and closing investment transactions. In addition, you will provide support for equity placement through domestic and international sources, including PE funds, HNIs, and family offices for transactions in and outside India. Key service offerings of the division include raising capital, advising on buy-side/sell-side/joint venture mandates, placement of private capital, assisting and advising clients on commercial negotiations and documentation, and providing transaction support services. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in the above-mentioned services across sectors, work experience in transaction advisory and raising/investing capital for Indian corporates, a strong academic background from recognized institutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, relevant experience in client/investor interactions, strong financial research and analytical capabilities, and good knowledge of all capital markets, both public and private.,
