The Associate Trainee - Sales and Service at Malabar Gold & Diamonds will be responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting customers to understand their needs. You will guide customers to relevant products, introduce them to various offerings, and influence their purchasing decisions. Your role involves engaging customers, suggestive selling, negotiating deals, and addressing any queries or complaints effectively. Providing accurate information about product details, features, pricing, and special offers will be crucial. Ensuring excellent customer service, especially during peak times, and maximizing customer satisfaction with each sale are key responsibilities. You will enroll customers in schemes, assist with sales returns or repairs, and gather feedback to share with the manager. Staying updated on new products and services, creating sales and financial reports, and completing sales transactions by estimating selected products are also part of your duties. The role is based in various locations including Chennai, As Rao Nagar, Ahmedabad, Adoor, and many more across different states in India. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Higher Secondary Education qualification, be between 21 to 27 years of age, and have 0 to 1 year of experience in retail sales. The salary range offered will be as per industry standards in Indian Rupees.,
