To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Education: Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical - Overall Safety Expectations: Adhere to all KC Safety rules and Guidelines, taking care of your safety as well as others", conducting periodic safety observations, reporting near misses, abnormal conditions, and unsafe acts in a timely manner. Follow risk assessments, work SOPs, LOTO Management, work permits, Emergency response plans, safety targets, PCS, and other safety compliance. - Overall Quality Expectations: Maintain personal and workplace hygiene, follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) as per KC guidelines and QMS (Quality Management System). Focus on actions that meet customer and consumer expectations, contributing to delivering high-quality products to the market. Your responsibilities will include working with a team of Production Associates for Machine operations, focusing on raw material and packing material preparation, loading, splicing, unloading activities, machine troubleshooting, quality inspections, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, lean manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
