Job Description
Ensure that testing services are aligned with both global and regional client objectives while maintaining high-quality standards. Insurance Domain Expertise: Provide deep insights and leadership within the insurance sector, understanding core workflows such as policy administration, underwriting, claims management, and day-end processing to ensure that testing efforts align with client business needs. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key insurance clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships. Focus on delivering value while understanding evolving needs within the insurance space. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including QA managers, automation specialists, and test engineers. Ensure effective coordination and communication across geographically dispersed teams. Operational Excellence in Managed Services: Implement and continuously improve testing frameworks and service models for managed testing services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific business requirements, particularly in the insurance domain. Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation across multiple countries, leveraging local talent effectively while maintaining cost efficiencies and ensuring the alignment of team capabilities with client demands. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, leveraging deep knowledge of insurance systems and processes to drive best practices in testing policy administration systems, claims platforms, underwriting systems, and other insurance-related technologies. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior stakeholders, including business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and mitigation strategies related to testing. Must have Selenium and TOSCA automation knowledge
