ACL, a premier English training and Personality Development institute, is seeking convent-educated Female Candidates for the position of GD Motivator/ Associate Teacher at their Indira Nagar & Alambagh Branch in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Fluent English speaking skills - Ability to efficiently compile lesson plans - Capability to deliver lessons in a meaningful, engaging, and fun manner - Basic computer skills - Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred - Knowledge of current affairs - Patient and resilient personality - Dedication to students and education - Comfortable working with students of varying levels - Strong speaking and organizing abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills - Flair for public speaking and a creative mindset - Ability to handle students of different age groups and English proficiency levels with grace and patience - Sound knowledge of the official norms of group discussions This position is based at the Indira Nagar branch in Lucknow.
