The BCN encompasses Consulting Services, Knowledge Services, and Shared Services. **Responsibilities & Duties:** This role primarily focuses on supporting business operations through robust reporting, data analysis, and process management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely reporting of internal cross charge, staffed utilization, and sharing actionable insights across key business metrics for the BCN offices to facilitate decision-making and operational efficiency. Key duties include: - Managing staffing and internal cross charge databases meticulously, including data consolidation, cleaning, and ownership of various monthly reports - Executing internal and external feedback surveys in collaboration with CoE leads/Managers, validating data as per guidelines, meeting deadlines, and preparing dashboards with insights for leadership - Providing staffing and billing guidance to business stakeholders, preparing and publishing monthly reports, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of internal cross charge and staffing data - Supporting internal ECD teams in capturing project-level information and resource allocation data accurately, identifying gaps, reconciling data, and assisting with ad hoc assignments and projects - Responding to ad hoc requests at local and global levels, creating models to improve efficiency, working on global and local projects, and conducting zero-defect analysis of the database and reports **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position should exhibit the following qualities: - 1.5-3 years of post-graduation experience in reporting, data analytics, and data visualization - Graduate/MBA degree with high academic achievement or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Proficiency in BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and advanced MS Excel skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and quantitative skills with problem-solving aptitude - Ability to work well in a team, independently, and under pressure while maintaining professionalism and handling confidential information with superior judgment **What Makes Us a Great Place to Work:** Bain & Company is consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work, a champion of diversity, and a model of social responsibility.
