As a Digital Product Engineering company, Nagarro is currently seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in the field to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and transformer-based architectures along with a strong experience in Cloud Architecture for deploying scalable AI systems using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with Generative AI models, particularly in Azure AI, and should be familiar with BERT, GPT, LLaMA, and similar LLMs. Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and fine-tuning and deploying models using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers or LangChain is also required. Additionally, experience with multi-agent AI systems, collaborative model workflows, Python, machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and integrating models into enterprise platforms and APIs is essential. Responsibilities for this role include understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs, mapping decisions with requirements, identifying and narrowing down solutions that best meet client requirements, defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations, writing and reviewing design documents, reviewing architecture and design for various aspects, developing and designing solutions for defined requirements, and resolving issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
