Job Description

The role of Associate & Senior Graphic Designer involves creating graphics and layouts for various platforms such as Social Media, Websites, Infographics, Mobile Apps, Mobile Websites, and Print Collaterals. You will be responsible for illustrating or creating rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or supervisors, and making necessary changes to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be required to develop creative programs and design concepts that align with the business objectives of the organisation and enhance our brand strategy. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present them to management. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent designing skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Prior work experience as a graphics/web designer, visual designer, or similar role within an ad agency is preferred. A key requirement for this role is the ability to conceptualize and transform ideas into effective communication through your design work.,
