Job Title Associate RB (Revenue Booking) Department - GGB India Division- Operations Primary Responsibilities Handle booking inquiries for all potential clients on our system Book the business on the system, ensuring all the transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with the clients requirements per IRDAI regulatory requirements Ensure that brokerage is calculated correctly Hold knowledge on quote share placements Generate unique reference numbers for to facilitate renewals Hold knowledge on GST and various other taxes Additional Responsibilities Holds Technical Expertise in Policy Types and Wordings Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance audit effectiveness Skills And Competencies Technical Proficiency and Understanding of Insurance service Excellent Written and Oral communication skills Interpersonal skills Ownership and Accountability Insurance domain knowledge Minimum Qualifications Education Any Graduate or Post Graduate with any Specialization Licenses/Certificates- Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage Work Experience- Minimum 1+ year of experience of Quality Analysis in Insurance domain Skills: excellent written and oral communication skills,communication,brokerage,insurance,confidentiality,client relationship management,irdai,general insurance,gst,client services,insurance policies,insurance domain knowledge,interpersonal skills,taxes,international business consulting,international clients,technical proficiency in insurance service,communication skills,revenue,ownership and accountability,accountability,revenue billing,
