Marketing Mumbai 3 - 6 Years Of Experience No. of Openings - 1 Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing shoots including scripting support, shoot prep, and coordination Manage logistics: location recce, vendor coordination, and handling shoot-day requirements Own and update production documents: call sheets, shoot schedules, production calendars, and trackers Act as a bridge between creative, editorial, design, post-production, and distribution teams Oversee smooth execution on set support the director/producer, maintain continuity, and ensure timely wrap-ups. Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Coordinate post-production working closely with editors and motion designers to deliver final cuts Requisites & Skills: Should have experience in a production role in a digital media, agency, or content studio Strong understanding of video production workflows and timelines Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously Great communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of budgeting and vendor negotiations A keen eye for detail and content quality Familiarity with post-production workflows is a plus,
