Associate PMO Job Description: Should have broad view of program objectives. Must be familiar with organizational cultures and their processes. Regularly conducting the standup call. Manage relationships with clients and management. Involved in program management, funnel improvement and maintenance. Delivering strong operational results. Support Delivery Managers to secure resources and handle overall resource management. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. Should be able to manage all program documentation. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the team. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. Required Candidate profile: Minimum of 0 -2 years experience. Bachelors degree in business or another related subject. Should be a good team player, highly motivated and ambitious. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel Effective time management skills with proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
