Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5 Years in Real Estate Sales/Business Development Reports to: Partner/Managing Director Job Summary: As an Associate Partner in Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing real estate transactions. This role requires strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients, investors, and real estate developers. Develop strategies to drive sales, leasing, and property investments. Lead negotiations and close high-value real estate deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with HNI (High Net-worth Individuals) and corporate clients. Provide advisory services on real estate investments and property management. Address client concerns and ensure a smooth transaction experience. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities. Advise clients on property valuations, legal regulations, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales strategies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior real estate associates. Work closely with legal, finance, and marketing teams for seamless operations. Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities. Key Requirements: Experience: 5 years in luxury, commercial, or residential real estate sales. Education: Bachelors/masters degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
