The role of a non-IT recruiter involves overseeing the entire recruiting process for BPO positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews to ensure the successful recruitment of qualified candidates. As a non-IT talent recruiter, you will be responsible for executing strategic global hiring programs and managing the talent hub through job boards. Your main tasks will include procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and maintaining a comprehensive database. It is essential for the candidate to have experience in bulk/volume hiring, as well as a background in hiring for industries such as Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, and Pharma.
