As an Associate - MDM at Bayer, you will be responsible for performing daily operational and non-operational activities related to Master Data Management. Your role involves ensuring adherence to compliance policies, attention to detail, and following established guidelines to meet Service Level Agreements. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: - Managing and processing requests through Master Data Governance (MDG) and email within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Addressing and resolving queries received in a generic mailbox within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). - Collaborating with different working groups globally to address and resolve queries. - Handling workload variations efficiently and providing support during peak periods. - Streamlining processes, improving stakeholder relationships, and enhancing efficiency in CMD. - Offering day-to-day support to ensure seamless business operations within or outside the Global Business Services center in India. - Focusing on maintaining data quality to meet the needs of the specific line of business and the overall organization. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree required. - Analytical, logical, and adept at solving complex data-related issues. - Effective collaboration skills, creating value for customers, and building positive relationships. - Strong communication skills. - Strong decision-making ability, especially in handling Vendor and Customer Master Data processes.
