Job description: Customer Relationship Management Location: Bangalore You Will We are looking for a motivated and experienced CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, ensuring the system is optimized to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive business growth. This role will require a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and a strong focus on customer-centric initiatives. To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Manage the daily operations of the CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives. Customize and configure the CRM system to meet specific departmental needs. Design and automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Monitor the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CRM system. Train team members on CRM usage and best practices to ensure system adoption across the organization. Stay updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance system capabilities. You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Masters preferred). 4-8years of experience in CRM management, customer service, or related roles. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics. Knowledge of CRM system integration, data migration, and automation tools. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Certification in a specific CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). Experience in industries such as [Insert Relevant Industry]. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
