Experience: 1-3 years post CA qualification Job requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced personnel to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Key Areas Submit monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash flow statement. Manage the Record to Report, fixed assets accounting, Banking, including process and related governance. Deliver all periodic services related to R2R and general financial accounting, including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance, and internal control. Preparation and timely review of all Balance sheet Schedules Manage R2R quality metrices through service level agreements, performance metrics and continuous governance. Act as a Single point of Contact for the stakeholders. Deliver, standardize, and drive process efficiency in for month end close activities, banking, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting processes. Work closely with other finance business partners to maintain best-in-class processes to bring the efficiency and consistency in the processes. Analyze financial data, trends, and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of new accounting pronouncements including US GAAP / Sox Compliance / Other regulatory changes, as required. Lead statutory audit and tax filing activities proactively. Desired Functional Skills Proficiency in financial and performance analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting regulations and taxes impacting the business. Expertise in accounting systems, including NetsuiteTech-savvy with a focus on automation. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
