As an Associate Intelligence Analyst - Content Writer at ZeroFox, you will join ZeroFoxs Threat Analysis Center (ZTAC): a group of analysts who dedicate themselves to protecting customers and their assets from digital and physical security threats. With our proprietary hybrid intelligence platforms and methodologies, you will utilize your collection, analysis, and writing skills to identify threats and generate intelligence to assess risk to our customer base. Threat intelligence activities include identifying current and emerging threats covering cyber crime and various forms of malicious exploitation, as well as analysing them for broader implications. Discretion, teamwork, and creativity are a must. Role and responsibilities Collaborate in the development and production of ZeroFox's daily intelligence products (including weekends) as well as other pertinent intelligence offerings Assist internal teams and stakeholders to create and publish Strategic and Tactical intelligence reports Supplement written content as needed, adhering to ZeroFox branding standards Review all deliverables for clarity, quality, and plagiarism Support ad hoc, client-specific requests based on the tasks mentioned above Follow best practices of operational security to safeguard sources and methods Support team productivity and outputs during your assigned shift Required Qualifications And Skills Fluency in written and spoken English, showcasing exceptional grammar and articulate communication skills Experience working as a Technical Editor or Technical Writer or a similar role in the IT industry, typically obtained in 2+ years Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field Excellent researching, proofreading, and editing skills Experience with information gathering and working with multiple subject matter experts Familiarity with the basics of cybersecurity Ability to work independently and collaboratively An eye for detail Desired Qualifications And Skills Ability to produce quality work while meeting aggressive deadlines Basic knowledge of geopolitics and current affairs Comfortable with taking ownership of your decisions Expert user in Google Suite Familiarity with Digital Risks, Open Source, and Deep & Dark web Proficiency in additional languages (Russian, German, Chinese, Arabic, etc.) is a huge plus but not required Benefits Competitive compensation Community-driven culture with employee events Generous time off Best-in-class benefits Fun, modern workspace Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organisational culture.,
