Position Description Key member of the Mumbai based Institutional Equity Sales team. Early-Career position that progressively grows in seniority. Key Areas of Responsibilities Sales/Relationship Management: Independently manage 15-20 Emerging Clients (Long Only & Hedge Funds), and Support Head of Sales in a few Large Clients Key Account Management: Be on top of the Client Teams, their Investment Style, Service Requirements & Broker Review/Voting process Ideate: Customize Money Making ideas based on CLSA Research, marring it with the clients investment styles & investment objectives Collaborate: With Research, ECM, Corporate Access, Senior Sales, Sales Trading & Regional Sales to deliver Client Success Performance Measure: Achieve Top Tier rating for CLSA with all clients under coverage Desk Support: Assist the Head of Sales in various initiatives & projects Requirements Top sales, relationship management, key account management, client servicing & communication skills. Ability to multi-task and process lot of information/data is key Previous work experience of 3-6 years in Institutional Equity Sales MBA from a Tier 1 Institute would be preferred,
