Position: UI/UX Designer Experience: 2+ years Employment Type: Full-Time, Work From Home Team: Central Design Team Key Responsibilities 1. UX Research and Design Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and needs. Create journey maps to visualize user flows and identify areas for improvement. Apply design thinking methodologies to deliver user-centered solutions. 2. UI/Interaction Design Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Work on rapid prototyping to test and iterate designs quickly. Ensure consistency in branding across all design elements. 3. Illustration and Branding Develop illustrations and graphics to enhance user experience and align with brand identity. Create custom designs and assets using advanced design tools. Collaborate with the branding team to maintain design cohesion. 4. Collaboration Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team output. Skills & Expertise Core Skills: UX Research, Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, Design Research UI/Interaction Design, Wireframing, Rapid Prototyping Branding and Illustration Design Tools: Figma Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW Adobe InDesign Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign. Proven experience working remotely or independently managing tasks.
